Aphelios will typically have a purple facemask on (the one in most of his icons). He has his main sin brand on his right cheek, but his other sin brand (the mouth one) is on his left palm. Aphelios is also mute, so if he's "talking" in a tag it's typically either via text to speech or signing (I'll try to indicate which)
